共融未來：青年領袖計劃 “A Better World Summit”

由和富領袖網絡主辦，民政及青年事務局及公民教育委員會贊助，第14屆和富領袖網絡大專院校總會 -「螢耀」為統籌，將舉辦一連串活動，希望讓青年人親身體驗香港社會的多樣性和共融的重要性，切實感受到社會的多元需求。

“A Better World Summit” 旨在匯聚來自不同地區及不同領域的青年，包括本地、海外及內地在港就讀的大專生，透過一系列的精彩活動，給予參加者難得的交流機會以及跨文化體驗，鼓勵青年融入香港文化，促進彼此間的交流與理解。透過專家分享、小組互動及多元文化交流，鼓勵青年實踐正向價值，共同建構關愛共融社會。活動詳情如下，歡迎踴躍參與：

活動詳情
日期：2026年3月14日 (六)
時間：10:00-18:00（如參與全日環節者，可以優先參與活動後的「交流盲盒晚宴」，晚宴費用及詳情將另行公佈）
對象：18-39歲青年 (本地、海外及內地在港就讀的大專生優先)
地點：浸會大學教學及行政大樓二樓AAB201室（曾陳式如會堂）
費用：上午及下午環節費用全免，「交流盲盒晚宴」費用及詳情將另行公佈
按金：參加者需繳付按金港幣100元 (出席活動並完成問卷後，按金將於5個工作天內全數退回)
語言：英文及廣東話

【上午環節 – 10:00-14:00】
啟動點子銀行
與來自不同學術和職業背景的青年人，共同發掘新點子的無限可能性。在這個創意激盪環節中，大家將一起探討如何建設更具包容性、永續性與創新力的城市藍圖，發掘更幸福及快樂的社區。

主題：從低谷到金像獎：一段不放棄的旅程

分享嘉賓：

香港女演員。2008年拍攝無綫電視劇集《四葉草之盛裝舞步愛作戰》而入行，後簽約為英皇娛樂集團旗下，多年來拍攝近五十部電視及電影作品。2017年，於電影《失眠》表現出色，備受觸目，更憑此片提名香港電影評論學會大獎「最佳女演員」；2018年，於第23屆華鼎獎獲頒「中國電影年度最具潛質演員」。2024年憑電影《不日成婚2》入圍第42屆香港電影金像獎 「最佳女主角」。並在2025年，憑電影《破。地獄》的角色郭文玥，榮獲國際、中國及香港多項「最佳女主角」榮譽。

另外，由於她曾考獲救生員、鑽石鑑定證書、導遊牌、船牌、潛水牌，因此深受不同類型的廣告客戶歡迎，曾拍攝多個國際品牌廣告，如：Disney Land、Olay、Columbia、Lenovo、KFC、小林製藥、富邦銀行等，產品多元化。

香港城市大學全球治理與創新研究院院長 何達基教授

何達基教授是香港城市大學人文社會科學院院長和公共與國際事務系講座教授、也是香港城市大學全球治理與創新研究院院長、同時也是美國國家公共行政院（海外非美籍）院士，和公共管理國際研究學會（International Research Society for Public Management）的副會長（亞洲區）。20 多年來，他積極從事與政府績效管理、電子政務、公共治理、和政產學研社合作治理的跨學科研究，並曾在美國三所不同的大學任教， 2021年1月加入香港城市大學。 何教授強調學術界與從業者的協作和溝通，曾與不同組織，包括中國發展研究基金會、亞洲開發銀行、聯合國發展與投資部 (United Nations Trade and Investment)、中美不同的地方政府、香港工業總會、香港再出發大聯盟等機構合作。目前，何達基教授也是香港特首政策組的專家委員、香港廉政公署國際學院的顧問，和不同商會和工業家組織的顧問。

環保建築師 葉頌文博士, MH

環保建築師及城市設計師，葉頌文環保建築師事務所創辦人，專注環保建築設計及研究。他於香港大學修讀工程、建築、城市設計碩士，昆士蘭科技大學修讀建築學，劍橋大學深造跨界別環境設計碩士及香港理工大學設計學院博士。現為環保建築專業議會副主席、零碳天地董事、城市規劃委員會委員、環境及自然保育基金委員委員、大嶼山保育基金諮詢委員會委員、社區參與綠化委員會委員及香港基督教青年會董事。他獲選為 2022年香港特别行政區榮譽勳章，2018年澳中傑出校友獎(藝術和創意行業) 及2016年十大傑出青年。

透過情境任務與協作挑戰，促進跨文化團隊合作與理念交匯，在刺激有趣的氛圍中學習有效聆聽、表達想法，並培養領袖能力及團隊合作精神。

北都規劃探討: 再思未來城市設計
一座城市的樣貌，決定著人們如何生活、互動與歸屬。本環節將以互動工作坊形式，帶領青年跳出常規，探討如何建設更具包容性、永續性與創新力的未來城市。我們將聚焦香港與其他國際城市的案例，討論智慧城市科技、公共空間設計、文化共融規劃等議題。你將與來自不同文化背景的組員共創設計方案，以多元視角重新想像城市的可能性。這不僅是一次腦力激盪，更是學習以規劃思維促進社會共融的實踐體驗。

Inclusive Future: Youth Leaders Program: “A Better World Summit”
This event is organized by the Wofoo Leaders Network and sponsored by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau and the Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education. The 14th IWLN Standing Committee “Lumina” will host a series of activities to enhance communication and connection among the Chapters. The initiative aims to provide young people with first-hand experience of Hong Kong’s social diversity and the importance of inclusion, enabling them to genuinely understand the diverse needs of society.

The “A Better World Summit” aims to bring together youth from different regions and fields, including local, overseas, and Mainland students studying in Hong Kong. Through a series of engaging activities, participants will have a rare opportunity for exchange and cross-cultural experiences, encouraging them to integrate into Hong Kong’s culture and promote mutual communication and understanding. The event will feature expert insights, group interactions, and cultural exchanges, encouraging youth to practice positive values and collaboratively build a caring and inclusive society.

(Participants who attend the full-day session can have priority for the “Exchange Blind Box Dinner”, details and fees for the “Exchange Blind Box Dinner” will be announced separately)
Target Audience: Youth aged 18-39
(Local, overseas, and Mainland students studying in Hong Kong will be given priority)

Fee: Participation in the morning and afternoon sessions is free

Prof. Alfred Ho, Director of the Institute of Global Governance and Innovation for a Shared Future, City University of Hong Kong

Professor Alfred Tat-Kei HO is the Chair Professor of Public Policy and Governance of the Department of Public and International Affairs, the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, and the Director of the Institute of Global Governance and Innovation for a Shared Future, all at City University of Hong Kong. He is also an elected fellow (overseas) of the National Academy of Public Administration in the U.S., the Vice President (Asia) of the International Research Society for Public Management (IRSPM), an advisory group member of the Chief Executive’s Policy Unit of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and an advisor to the Hong Kong International Academy Against Corruption.  Professor Ho’s research focuses on government performance management, e-government, citizen engagement, and recently, on cross-sectoral collaboration in industrial development.  He has collaborated with many local governments in the U.S. and China, as well as with think tanks, national and international organizations, and professional associations, including the United Nations Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the China Development Research Foundation, the Asian Development Bank, the IBM Center for the Business of Government, the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, and the Federation of Hong Kong Industries. Professor Ho received his bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and his Master of Public Administration and Ph.D. from Indiana University, Bloomington, USA.  He taught in three different universities in the U.S. for more than 20 years before returning to Hong Kong in December, 2020.

Ar. Dr. Tony Ip, MH, Green Architect

Ar. Dr. Tony Ip is a community-centric, sustainable design architect, and urban designer. He founded Tony Ip Green Architects Ltd “TiP” with a vision to advocate the paradigm shift towards green architecture and biophilic urban-scape in response to climate change. He holds BEng, MSc(Eng), MArch & MUrbanDesign from HKU, BBE(Arch) from QUT, MSt IDBE from the University of Cambridge, and PhD from PolyU. Tony actively serves the community in various voluntary capacities. He is the Vice Chairman of Professional Green Building Council, Director of Zero Carbon Building and Director of YMCA of Hong Kong. He also contributes his expertise to Town Planning Board, Environment and Conservation Fund Committee, Lantau Conservation Fund Advisory Committee, and Community Involvement Committee on Greening of HKSAR. His passion and contributions to green architecture and the creative industry have been recognized by receiving the HKSAR Medal of Honour in 2022, the Australia China Alumni Award for Arts and Creative Industries in 2018, and the Ten Outstanding Young Persons Award in 2016.

Through situational tasks and collaborative challenges, we foster cross-cultural teamwork and facilitate idea exchange. In this dynamic and engaging atmosphere, participants will learn effective listening, articulate their thoughts, and develop both leadership skills and a spirit of collaboration.

Rethink Future Urban Design – Northern Metropolis
This session will take the form of an interactive workshop, guiding young people to think outside the box and explore how to build a more inclusive, sustainable, and innovative future city. We will focus on case studies from Hong Kong and other international cities, discussing topics such as smart city technology, public space design, and cultural integration planning. You will collaborate with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds to co-create design solutions, reimagining the possibilities of the city from multiple perspectives. This is not only a brainstorming session but also a practical experience in using planning thinking to promote social inclusion.
